  • There will be 3 professional rodeo performances and one Bull Riding only performance.
  • The parade will take place on Saturday at 10 a.m.
  • There will be no admission charged for access to the Product and Food Vendor area.

All vendor fees will be deposited as soon as they are received by the Stampede (except for the trash deposit).

Product Vendor Rates: $200 per 12'x10' space

Product Vendor Registration Form

Food Vendor Rates:

  • 1-2 food items (1-2 drinks):$275(plus $100 for each additional 12'x10' space);
  • 3 food items (1-2 drinks, snack items):$325 (plus $100 for each additional 12'x10' space).
  • 4 food items (2+ drinks, snack items):$400 (plus $100 for each additional 12'x10' space).

Food Vendor Registration Form

DEADLINE (space is limited):
Completed registration form (available on website or upon request), $100 refundable trash deposit (separate check), and appropriate Vendor fee (separate check) must be received by no later than May 10, 2008.

  • Spaces cannot be reserved without a completed registration form, refundable trash deposit payment, and FULL fee payment (per above).

Other details:

  • All Vendor booths must be operational from 4 p.m. Friday, June 6, through 5 p.m. Sunday, June 8.
  • On Saturday, you must be on the grounds by 9 a.m. to avoid the parade (the rodeo begins at 2:00 p.m.).
  • Because this is an outdoor event, please be prepared for all types of weather.
  • A generator will be provided upon specific request for booth lighting only. If additional electricity is required, all Vendors MUST provide their own generators.
  • Once you have been assigned a space the fees are non-refundable except for the trash deposit.
